Saturday usually means I get to work without the usual noise, but today it turned into a day of heavy lifting across three repos. The headline wasn't the biggest commit, it was the organization billing integration. That was the thing I needed to get right, and it took up most of my energy.
I started in ops-center. The goal was to get the billing system talking to the apps correctly. I pushed through a massive refactor that rewrote how we handle tiers and credits. It wasn't just a quick patch. I changed backend logic, updated the API server, and built out a full suite of end-to-end tests to make sure the credit flow actually works. I also cleaned up the multi-provider key management so the system can handle different LLM providers without breaking. It was a lot of files, but the logic finally holds together.
While that was cooking, I made sure we had the documentation to match. I spent hours writing up the system architecture, the billing flows, and the integration guides. We needed a clear record of how the new billing system works, so I added over 200 KB of new docs. If someone else needs to touch this later, they won't have to guess. I also routed authenticated users to the public landing page with the search bar, which is a small UX win but makes the flow feel more natural.

The second big arc was in uc-cloud. I had to update the ops-center submodule to pick up those billing changes and the routing fix. That meant touching the infrastructure configs, docker-compose files, and admin documentation. It was a lot of churn, but it was necessary to keep the deployment stack in sync. I also fixed some Traefik routing issues that were messing with the landing page. Once that was sorted, the whole environment started behaving itself.
Finally, I touched center-deep-pro. I completed the production readiness for Teams 1 through 5. This involved a lot of backend API implementation, CSS architecture updates, and deployment guides. It was a comprehensive push to get those teams fully functional and documented.
It was a long day. I moved a lot of code, wrote a lot of docs, and fixed a lot of routing. The billing system is now integrated, the docs are up to date, and the infrastructure is aligned. It feels solid.
