Monday October 27th. I made twenty four commits across three repos. The day split between shipping ops center's unified LLM management system and pushing unicorn-amanuensis through its NPU kernel phase two.
Ops center was the real work. I landed the complete LLM management system in one big commit that touched sixty eight files and added nearly twenty five thousand lines. Before that commit I had to make it actually work. I fixed the endpoint column name so the provider field stopped referencing a non-existent column. I corrected the system provider key lookups. I fixed a database query that was pulling the wrong columns. Then I built the system provider key management UI so admins can store and rotate keys without leaving the dashboard.
The BYOK system landed too. Bring your own key support took nineteen files. Users can now supply their own API keys instead of relying on system defaults. The backend migrations ran, the UI pages appeared, and I wrote the documentation to go with it.

I also spent time making the interface usable. WCAG AA contrast compliance meant reworking colors across nine files. The navigation got restructured with role-based access control so account sections only show to people who should see them. Between the feature work and the polish ops-center went from prototype to something an admin could actually run on. I updated the uc-cloud submodule eight times to track those changes.
The uc-cloud fix caught my eye. Sixteen thousand lines changed across one hundred and sixty six files because of critical column name bugs in SystemKeyManager. Sometimes a single wrong column name ripples through an entire codebase and you spend the afternoon chasing it.
unicorn-amanuensis told a different kind of story. The NPU acceleration work hit a real milestone. Phase two completed with custom kernels compiling and executing on the hardware. Phase 2.1 brought the simple FFT mel kernel working. Phase 2.2 added the full NPU kernel pipeline. Phase 2.3 pushed into INT8 and AIE2 SIMD optimization targeting sixty to eighty times the baseline performance. The breakthrough commit that got everything compiling had twenty three thousand five hundred lines added. After that I stacked the phase milestones, the compilation logs, the test scripts, and the documentation that tracks where we are.
Also today: updating CLAUDE.md with the completion status and adding XRT Python testing docs alongside the XCLBIN status tracking.
Two big things shipped Monday. A working LLM management hub that handles keys and providers through a proper admin UI. And NPU kernels that actually compile and run on the target hardware, opening the door to the 220 times acceleration the project's been working toward.
