Saturday and I kept going because the list wouldn't clear itself. The real headline was ops-center: I finished Sprint 6-7 error handling across the whole frontend, wired up the missing backend APIs from Sprint 3, broke the giant components into modular pieces, and finally got the Organizations List page live. That last one was the final critical blocker. Everything in the Menu Structure Review landed too, so the audit trail is clean and the pages match what users will actually see.
I started the morning by restoring API connectivity with the user management endpoint, then cleaned up the loading screen and backend routing issues that had been causing the spinner to live forever. With the plumbing solid, I took the big refactor sweep: C01 went from one massive file into 14 components, C02 split across dozens of Cloudflare DNS files, C04 dismantled LocalUserManagement into focused modules, and finished the job on the remaining giants. That Sprint 5 sweep wiped out 13 thousand lines of monolith and replaced them with small files that actually have a single responsibility. It felt like breathing.
Error handling went into all eleven Sprint 6-7 pages, validation landed across the backend forms, and the Stripe Checkout integration for Credits and Tiers finally connects real payments instead of mock buttons. Network stats pulled from the API on the System pages. The collapsible sidebar shipped with icon-only mode so the nav disappears when I want the full screen for metrics.

The submodule in uc-cloud followed every ops-center change forward, so the deployed surface stays in sync without a separate release dance. That is the whole point of the monorepo structure.
unicorn-amanuensis got the NPU treatment. The runtime had initialization bugs that prevented full acceleration, detection was missing Boost libraries and had wrong import paths, and the model infrastructure landed as a complete package with install guides and a Dockerfile. After the fixes, the WhisperX NPU path actually initializes instead of failing silently. The acceleration should matter now for transcription workloads.
Thirty-five commits across three repos on a Saturday. Ops-Center crossed a real threshold today, the refactor debt got shredded, and the speech stack got hardware that works.
