Real Estate Command Center got the big push. Phase 2 landed with 14,376 lines added, 397 removed, across 103 changed files. I call it the autonomous AI agents implementation, and it is a real structural shift rather than a patch on patches.
The work touched the full surface area of the project. The agent system itself lives under desktop/src/core/agents/, with a full __init__.py and the supporting modules. But the phase didn't just touch code. I also wove in the documentation that makes it usable, including AI_PROVIDERS_GUIDE.md, API_INTEGRATION_GUIDE.md, and a full CHANGELOG.md and PROJECT_STATUS.md update. The project's own roadmap files got refreshed too. Desktop dependencies in requirements.txt were updated to match.

The sheer volume of changed files tells the real story. This was not a tweak. It was a ground-up addition of a new subsystem, the kind that requires rewriting how the app thinks about its own workflows. The plus-minus ratio, 14k to 400, signals a greenfield-style addition inside an existing codebase, which means careful plumbing so the old pieces still work alongside the new ones.
Also today: that's the only commit for the day, one repo, one push. The rest of my week gets to breathe.
Phase 2 complete. The real estate command center now ships with agents that run on their own.
